5 Year Surface

The manufacturer warrants the acrylic surface against blisters, cracks, or delamination due to defects in the materials and/or workmanship for 5 years from the original date of purchase.

2 Years Electrical Parts & Labour

The manufacturer warrants all electrical components to be free from defects in the materials and/or workmanship for 2 years on parts and 1 year on labour from the original date of purchase.

2 Years Plumbing Parts & Labour

The manufacturer warrants all plumbing parts to be free from defects in the materials and/or workmanship for 2 years from the original date of purchase.

2 Years Wood Cabinetry

The  manufacturer warrants the wood cabinet to be free from defects in the materials and/or workmanship for 2 years from the original date of purchase.

• Oasis spas installed in commercial applications are excluded from any warranty coverage.

• The spa must not be left empty in direct sunlight as this will result in damage to the spa surface and plastic fittings.

• The warranty is not transferable to a new owner.
