Chemicals - Spagard
Heartlands carry the Spagard range of chemicals. Sometimes we may need to order specific chemicals depending on your needs, and we can usually get these within 5 working days.
Spagard - Dichlor
- A 100% soluble fast dissolving chlorine suitable as a daily sanitiser.
Spagard - Shock!
- An unstabilised granular chlorine, particularly suited to shock dosing spa pools to burn out contaminants.
Spagard - Bromine Tablets
- A 20gm 100% soluble, slow dissolving bromine tablet suitable as a daily spa sanitiser.
Spagard - Shock 'n' Soak
- A 100% soluble and chlorine free oxygen shock suitable burning out contaminants in spa pools.
Spagard - Alkalinity Increase
- To increase alkalinity in spa pools. Correct level will stabilise PH. ( Also known as buffer )
Spagard - Hardness Increase
- To increase hardness in spa pools.Correct level wil avoid corrosive water condition.
Spagard - PH Decrease
- To decrease PH in spa pools. Ideal PH level will maximise bather comfort, sanitiser performance and avoid corrosion.
Spagard - PH Increase

Spagard - Cartridge Cleaner
- Mixed with water, as a bath for filter cartridges to remove body fats and waste. Increase cartridge life and filtration.
Spagard - Water Clarifier
- A liquid flocculant used when a spa pool is slightly hazy to clear green or cloudy water in all pools, regardless of which sanitiser used.
